My favourite projects from January 2026

It’s been a while since I started to share on LinkedIn a monthly roundup of the projects I’ve been working on, so I thought I’d share it here too, so that I doesn’t get lost in the net.

Although January is usually a quiet month for me, this year it’s been busier than expected and I’ve worked on several interesting projects:

  • I’ve translated a few clinical cases for medical training (from Spanish into Basque).

  • I’ve finished translating my part of the young adult novel I’m working on with a colleague (from German into Spanish). Now it’s time to review it!

  • I’ve started working on a huge medical translation project due on June (from Spanish into Basque). It’s more than 100,000 words long, but the deadline will allow me to combine it with other jobs.

I’ve also catched up with my CPD about renewable energies, reading several studies about floating PV, and I’ve started planning my website’s revamping so that it better reflects the services I offer.
